The Rock Edge Kit brings together the products required to go from raw pour to finished, installed edge: REZIN ROCK mold-filling epoxy to cast your pieces, both Edge Mold profiles to shape them, and EdgeLock Bonding Tape to hold everything firmly in place during install. No guesswork on what to order separately — it's a complete system.

3/4 in x 60 yd roll of EdgeLock high-tack double-sided mounting tape
Compatible with True Tint pigments and white primer for White Platinum Series projects
Kit Yield — How Far Your 1.5-Gallon Kit Goes
Your 1.5-gallon (192 oz) REZIN ROCK kit can be split across both molds. A few ways to use it:
All Chiseled (48 oz each): up to 4 edges
All Slate (32 oz each): up to 6 edges
Mixed example — 2 Chiseled (96 oz) + 3 Slate (96 oz) = 5 edges total
Mixed example — 3 Chiseled (144 oz) + 1 Slate (32 oz) = 4 edges total, with 16 oz left over
Mix and match between the two profiles to fit your project — just add up the ounces per edge style and divide into your 192 oz.
How It Works
Cast — Pour REZIN ROCK into your Slate or Chiseled Edge Mold, staying within the 1/2" thick x 1-1/2" wide x 8 ft pour limit per pour.
Cure & Demold — Let it cure, then pop it cleanly out of the flexible silicone mold.
Trim to Fit — Trim your cured edge piece to match your countertop, island, or vanity.
Tack in Place — Apply EdgeLock Bonding Tape to hold the edge exactly where you want it — no slipping, no shifting.
Bond Permanently — Apply polyurethane adhesive behind the tape for a permanent, rock-solid hold.
