RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Remodel Resin LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide exceptional customer service.
Physical Products
Unused, unopened physical products purchased through Remodel Resin may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused.

Products must remain unopened and in new condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Remodel Resin LLC.
Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify Remodel Resin LLC within 7 days of delivery by emailing remodelresin@gmail.com.

Clear photographs of the damaged products and packaging
Approved claims may result in replacement products being shipped at no additional cost.
Digital Training Products
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, all digital training purchases are non-refundable.
Certification Training Programs
Students who cancel their enrollment more than 30 days prior to the scheduled training start date are eligible to receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellations occurring 30 days or less before the scheduled training start date are generally non-refundable.
However, Remodel Resin LLC may review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future training session or other accommodation.
